Who is it for?
- EVERYONE
What is it?
- Specifically: It is the implantation of new life
John 3:5 “Very truly I tell you no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.”
– Ezekial 36:24-27 God says, “For I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries, and will bring you into your own land. I will also sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean. I will cleanse you from all your impurities and all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. i will place my Spirit within you and cause you to follow my statutes and carefully observe my ordinances.”
God’s life, His very life, His Holy Spirit is implanted in you.
What is it?
- Essentially: 1. You get a new identity
John 3:3 “You must be BORN AGAIN (Birth)
Identity is your sense of self and your sense of worth.
- Any identity that is achieved rather than received is crushing
Who is it for?

- THE IMPLANTATION OF GODS VERY LIFE AND THEREFORE A NEW IDENTITY
When did it become available?
John 3:14-15 “Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes may have eternal life in Him.”
John 19:30 Jesus said, “It is finished. With that he bowed his head and gave up his Spirit.”

What is it?
- IT’S THE IMPLANTATION OF GODS VERY LIFE IN YOUR LIFE
When did it become available?
- WHEN JESUS SAID IT IS FINISHED
Where is it from?
John 3:3, “You must be born again to SEE the kingdom of God” John 3:5 “You must be born again to enter the kingdom God.”
Palingenesia = The regeneration or rebirth of the world
-Matthew 19:28 “The the renewal of all things (the Palingenesia) when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne everyone who has left house or brothers or sisters or fathers or mothers or children or fields for my sake will receive 100 times as much and inherit eternal life.”
Titus 3:5 “He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit who he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Why should you consider it?
John 3:17-18 “God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. Whoever believes in Him in not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.”
Because this is the ONLY way for your status of guilty and condemned to be acquitted.
John 14:6 Jesus said, “I AM the Way the Truth and the Life. (For real, For real,) no one can come to the Father except through me.”
How do you get it?
- Conversion is what you and I do to come to God, but the new birth is what God does when he comes to us.
“Repent and Believe”
- The first part is REPENT and that has to do with GRACE & The second part is BELIEVE and that has to do with CHRIST HIMSELF.
REPENT: Which has to do with GRACE
Everybody, the best and the worst, come equally and they need God’s Grace the same.
The first thing you have to do to be converted is you have to repent before God’s Grace.
You must repent of your self-salvation
BELIEVE: Which has to do with Christ Himself
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:21
